Welcome to Sade’s Third Chanse Home Solutions. We are a family owned business, specializing in providing housing opportunities that promote financial stability. Our journey began in 2023, driven by a desire to make a difference in affordable housing. Since then, we have been working relentlessly to help those who just may need a third chanse.
Behind the Name:
Sade’s Third Chanse Home Solutions began with an idea from Candice Williams (Co-Founder) to offer an innovative means of renting, that promotes financial growth. Wayne Williams (Co-Founder and husband to Candice) kept the projects on task with his experience and problem solving skills. The name of the business is unique, as Sade is a middle name of Candice and Wayne’s daughter, Briana. The “Third” comes from Trace, who is Briana’s son. Chanse is a middle name of Tavien, who is Candice and Wayne’s son, hence, the special spelling of the name.
What We Do
Enjoy the stability of a $25 per month, 12 month lease!
At Sade’s Third Chanse Home Solutions, we believe in providing affordable, flexible living options for individuals and families who may need a third chanse. Our mission is to offer safe, comfortable, temporary, and budget-friendly housing solutions with simple terms that work for you. We offer rental agreements for $100 monthly (currently on sale for $25) monthly. There is no security deposit required. The goal is not only to offer a safe and comfortable place to live, but to also help our clients work towards securing permanent housing. We encourage clients to use their time here as an opportunity to save for a permanent housing solution, guiding and supporting them through the process.
Once all submitted applications are reviewed, we select a candidate who will go through an interview process.
