Behind the Name:

Sade’s Third Chanse Home Solutions began with an idea from Candice Williams (Co-Founder) to offer an innovative means of renting, that promotes financial growth. Wayne Williams (Co-Founder and husband to Candice) kept the projects on task with his experience and problem solving skills. The name of the business is unique, as Sade is a middle name of Candice and Wayne’s daughter, Briana. The “Third” comes from Trace, who is Briana’s son. Chanse is a middle name of Tavien, who is Candice and Wayne’s son, hence, the special spelling of the name..
